The minimum rental period is 3 days for all our vehicles. For shorter rentals, please contact us directly — we may be able to offer flexible terms depending on availability.
Yes, you can extend your rental period depending on availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date so we can confirm the extension and adjust the agreement.
Yes, free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up. For later cancellations, a fee may apply. Full details are outlined in the rental agreement.
Yes, a deposit is required for every rental. The amount starts from 5,000 USD for premium vehicles and may be higher for supercars. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in proper condition.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Revolut, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH). Payment details are provided after booking confirmation.
Yes. Short-term rentals include 150 km/day. Long-term rentals (1 month or more) include 3,000 km/month. Additional kilometers are charged at a rate specified in the agreement.
Yes, all prices on our website include VAT. For business clients, we issue VAT invoices upon request.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent any vehicle from our fleet. This requirement applies to all drivers, including any additional drivers listed on the agreement.
You will need a valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years) and a valid ID card or passport. For foreign clients, an international driving permit may be required.
Yes, we serve clients from around the world. You will need a valid driver's license, passport, and an international driving permit (if your license is not in the Latin alphabet). We offer service in Polish, English, and Russian.
Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up service for an additional fee. We cover Warsaw, surrounding areas, and major airports. Delivery to other cities in Poland is also available upon request.
No, all our vehicles are restricted to the territory of Poland. Cross-border trips are not permitted and are not covered by insurance.
The main pick-up location is Warsaw. We also offer delivery to your address, hotel, or airport. Details and delivery fees are confirmed at the time of booking.
In case of damage, the renter is responsible for covering the repair costs up to the deposit amount. We recommend documenting the vehicle's condition at pick-up and return. All details are included in the rental agreement.
Yes, basic third-party liability insurance (OC) is included in the price of every rental. Comprehensive insurance (AC) is available as an additional option for an extra fee.
Yes, an additional driver is available for an extra fee. They must meet the same requirements as the primary renter (age 25+, valid license held for 3+ years).
Cars are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. If the car is returned with less fuel, a refueling fee will be charged according to the price list.
